I had this same issue. It got fixed by going to the options menu and changed from Fullscreen Mode to Borderless/Maximized Window Mode.

I don't know if I did something wrong or if I haven't done something right, but the gallery plays the scenes without sound in Arcade mode. And, I mean, if I get caught or do the requiered steps to unlock a scene it plays with sound, but if I want to rewatch it in the office pc it is mute, well it has the music playing but no sounds or voices.
Has that happened to anyone else?
